Membership

To become a member of PFLAG Ithaca/Cortland, print the application below and send it to the address indicated along with your dues. Your membership will be in both PFLAG Ithaca/Cortland and the national PFLAG organization. The fiscal year for both the local chapter and the national organization is from October 1st to September 30th of the following year.

If you wish, you may include an additional donation which will benefit PFLAG Ithaca/Cortland.
