PFLAG promotes the health, safety & well-being of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender persons, their families and friends through Support: to cope with an adverse society, Education: to enlighten the public, and Advocacy: to end discrimination and to secure equal civil rights for LGBTQ+ people and their loved ones.

The best way for parents, family members and friends, or gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people to get support, receive educational materials, and learn about PFLAG’s advocacy efforts, is to visit a PFLAG chapter.  PFLAG Ithaca Cortland welcomes you to join us at our monthly meetings, or e-mail us for more information.

PFLAG has more than 500 chapters that are located in all 50 states. Get the personalized support that you need from people who understand what you’re experiencing.

We meet on the first Sunday of the month at 4PM. Our monthly PFLAG meetings are currently being held on Zoom. Please send an email to contact@pflagithacacortland and we will send you a link to access the meeting.

When we return to in-person meetings, they will be held at the Interfaith Center, 7 Calvert Street, Cortland, NY 13045.

Remember: You are not alone.
