Attend a Meeting

Many people come to a PFLAG meeting to get information and support. They are greeted by people who came for help themselves, then returned to help others. That person could be you.

Represent PFLAG

Be a PFLAG speaker.

Join a panel representing PFLAG.

Advocate for Change

Initiate conversations with friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, church members, and others.

Contact change-makers, including the media and public officials. Let them know what they can do.

Contribute Financially

Become a member of PFLAG Ithaca/Cortland
